Shipping and Refund Policy

SHIPPING:

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Most items generally ship within 2 business days and we will notify you once the item(s) ship.

Some items are made the day after purchase and as they may need to cure for 24-48 hours (sometimes longer) before they can be shipped, please allow 8 to 10 business days after purchase for the item(s) to ship. We will notify you once the item has shipped.

We will notify you of any delays as well.

Busy seasons may take longer.

Customer is responsible for making sure that your correct address is listed.

Cato Gist is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address that was entered at time of purchase so please double check the information you have entered.

Cato Gist is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will make every effort to make sure your products are shipped and arrive undamaged however we ask that you please make sure you track your package especially if you live in an area of extreme high temperatures as products can melt if left outside on your porch in the hot sun. 

Our shipping facilities are located in the USA.

 Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” is the responsibility of the customer to track down.  

Refunds are not issued on lost packages.

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Please note For the safety of our customers, due to the Covid pandemic, at this time we are not accepting  refunds. Once we feel that we have reached a safe place in time we will remove this notification and we will go back to our normal refund policy which follows below. Thank you for your understanding.

 We stand behind our products 100% however not all of our items are refundable. For example, perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products ( special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (beauty products) are not refundable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gasses.

We can not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For refunds, we must be notified within 3 days of you receiving your item(s), that you are requesting a refund. Requests for a refund after 3 days of receiving your item will not be accepted.
