When can I receive my order?

Please allow 3 to 5 days for us to process your order before shipping them. Delivery ETA is dependent on where the item is being shipped to and which shipping service you choose during check out. Message me if you need to rush your order! I am happy to work something out.

Just to be transparent, general delays might happen with our providers near holidays and between October-January. 

What is your shipping policy?

Our items are shipped from US states to all of the US states. Some of our merchandise is in stock, and some items may be through a drop shipping carrier. All orders are processed and shipped quickly, usually within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking to start working. 

What if there’s a problem with my purchase?

Please email catogist.com immediately so that we can make this right for you.  We want you to be happy with your purchase. 

What if my product is damaged?

Although we inspect each item before and package it with care, damages and defects may happen. Reach out so we can have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!

Also please note that as most items are custom made and/or made at time order is placed, size, shape and color may differ slightly from the pictures and vary in different ways however we do our best to keep everything consistent.
