Are your products handmade?

Yes! All of our products are carefully handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

 

Are your products natural or cruelty-free?

We strive to use high-quality, gentle ingredients in all our products. Most of our items are cruelty-free, and we are committed to sourcing responsibly wherever possible.


Do you offer fragrance-free or sensitive skin options?

Yes! Some of our soaps, lotions, and lip balms are fragrance-free or lightly scented to suit sensitive skin. Please check each product description for details.

How should I store my products?

  • Soaps: Keep in a dry, ventilated soap dish.
  • Wax Melts: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Lotions & Sprays: Keep sealed and away from heat or humidity.
  • Lip Balms: Store at room temperature to maintain texture.


How long do your products last?

  • Soaps: 12–18 months
  • Wax Melts: 12 months
  • Body Lotions: 12 months
  • Lip Balms: 12–18 months
  • Room & Linen Sprays: 12 months

Shelf life can vary slightly based on storage conditions.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future—stay tuned!

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • We strive to get our products shipped to you freshest and soonest. Some orders can be shipped out immediately however some products need additional time to cure and may be shipped out within 7-10 days or longer. We can provide an estimated timeframe of when your item would ship and will keep you informed of any delays.
  • Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days once the item ships, depending on your location.

 

What if my order arrives damaged or is missing an item?

Please contact us immediately at Catogist@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your product so that we can make it right by replacing the item or refunding your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority.
